Something revolutionary in portable water treatment
Which model is right for you?

Your choice from our range of products is simply between water quality, volume of water to be cleaned and type of power supply required.  If the water contains primarily mud/clay/dirt with the usual rural contamination of small amounts of animal/human waste, the Clarifier range is all you need to consider.  They are lighter and cheaper than their equivalent Purifier model and will be satisfactory for your requirements.  If the water contains significant industrial/mining/ septic/sewer pollution or has chemicals such as arsenate in the water, with or without the mud/clay, you need the Purifier range of products.  If in doubt and money is not a problem, purchase from the Purifier range.

Next your choice is number of people requiring treated water and/or the volume of water you require.   The following is our suggestion for the number of people or volume of water required per day.

Number of     Volume per day                                Model    Designation
people
1 – 4:         or    less than 20 litres per day                Personal            P
5 – 20:       or    less than 100 litres per day              Family                F
21 +:          or    greater than 100 litres per day         Village                V

Finally, which power supply should you choose?   If you have regular access to mains electricity, use a mains power supply model, designated M.  If you are traveling or living in sunny regions, a solar panel with a storage battery is fine.  For emergency or living/traveling in darker climes, without electricity, your best option is a portable generator, either a hand generator (H) for the personal model, or a small petrol powered generator (G) for village models.  If you have access to a motor car/bike, you can use our 12V automotive electric outlet adaptor (A).
